The location made exploring the city super easy, just a block from the metro. Room comfort stood out, spacious and clean with great amenities like air conditioning and a kettle for tea. Staff provided excellent assistance, especially in navigating local attractions. An underground parking option simplified our car use outside the busy streets of Paris. However, one downside was a persistent damp smell in the room, which lingered throughout the stay despite reporting it to the staff. Check-in had some confusion over our room assignment initially, but staff quickly rectified it. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay despite the minor issues.

Air conditioning issues featured throughout the stay, as it was inconsistent and ultimately non-functional. Additional inconveniences included a clogged bathroom sink and a mini fridge door that wouldn't close. The room lacked adequate storage, with no drawers or shelves to place belongings, making the stay slightly uncomfortable despite being in a Prestige room.

Fantastic staff who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay,, made us feel right at home! Perfectly located for easy access to local restaurants and the metro station.

The room felt outdated, with some maintenance issues that detracted from the stay. Air conditioning was tricky to manage, leading to minor discomfort.

I had an enjoyable 5-night stay. The breakfast choices were impressive, and the balcony off my room was such a lovely touch. However, it got a bit noisy near the lift.
